José Manuel Torres is a Policy Analyst for the Evidence Web of Education and the Unlocking the potential of diverse teaching profiles projects at the OECD Centre for Educational Research and Innovation (CERI). He previously worked on the design, planning and implementation of innovative educational programmes in Fundación Chile and as a research assistant in both Chile and France. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policies from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Católica de Chile.
